    Multi-platform automated tests (web, iOS, Android, API) on Mr.Suricate's proprietary platform (Playwright + Appium + Blockly). Test setup, maintenance and strategy for a varied portfolio of clients (e-commerce, mobile apps, internal tools). Agile workflow, close collaboration with CSMs.

    Progression from L1 helpdesk to L2-3 VIP/APM support. Technical point of contact for executives and critical users. Active Directory and GPO administration, VM incident diagnostics, on-call rotation for APM. Daily use of ServiceNow.
